No credit, million dollar stock portfolio

Need an outlet for 80%LTV purchase. $200,000. Borrower is 41 with no credit and no alternative credit. He has a condition that keeps him out of the work force. No job, no hope of employment. Solid stock portfolio is currently over 1 million dollars. His family has money and established these accounts many years ago. He could obviously pay cash but would prefer financing.
